 girlsCAN Soccer Development is an organization comprised of some of the top women’s soccer players and coaches that Canada has to offer. Naturally, girlsCAN Soccer Development takes pride in its all female, first class coaching staff that will in turn act as role models to aspiring young girls. girlsCAN will guide the girls through the necessary steps that the coaches have taken, to achieve success both on and off the soccer field.
girlsCAN Soccer Development is proud to share with all of you their vision of one day making a positive impact on the lives of young girls across the nation. Our strategy in making our Dreams Become Realities involves avenues such as positive visuals, such as our unique inspirational calendar, as well as motivational speeches, camps and clinics, as well as soccer extravaganzas in cities across Canada.
In addition to these methods of reaching our goal in becoming the most influential soccer development program that Canada has to offer, we hope to encourage more adult elite female players to recognize their potential as positive role models, and get involved in the coaching ranks of Canada. We also believe in actively mentoring high school girls through our programs as well, to encourage and help them reach their potential both on and off the soccer field, through their involvement as assistant coaches in our programs.

| NORTH VANCOUVER SUMMER CAMP! |
 Join us for North Vancouver's Number One Girls Summer Soccer Camp (based on numbers for the last 2 summers!). As of April 15, we are already 2/3rds full so get your registration in today to avoid disappointment. Full refunds until July 1st! We will be at Sutherland Turf, August 23-27, 2010, 9:30am-11:30am. | North Vancouver girlsCAN: Winter 2010 |
| We are happy to announce that our 8 week girlsCAN Session in North Vancouver will be coached by Canadian National Team members Sari Raber and Amy Vermeulen and include other top female players as guest coaches. In addition to being players who have experienced the game at the highest levels, Sari and Amy both are fantastic people who we know the girls will connect with an be inspired by.
The sessions will run from 3:45-5pm, January 22-March 12, 2010 at the Lucas Center in North Vancouver for girls born 1997-2002. For girls born in 1997-1999, Tryout Prep will be the focus. |

Due to circumstances out of our control, the Vancouver Seminar has been rescheduled to April 2, 2010 at North Shore Alliance Church.

| North Van Winter Program Dates Announced! |
| girlsCAN Winter Program Dates Announced for girls born in 1997-2004, for our popular Intermediate Tryout Prep group (1997-2000) and little girlsCAN (2001-2004) Programs. The program will run for 8 weeks on Fridays, between January 22 and March 12, 2010, 3:45-5pm at the Lucas Centre (Heywood Park)
In addition to our regular little girlsCAN Session (girls born 2001-2004), girlsCAN will be offering an 8 week winter session for girls (born in 1997-2000) interested in preparing for tryouts. girlsCAN was the pioneer in the Tryout Prep concept over 6 years ago and since then have watched our girls enter the tryout process prepared and able to reach their potential, through our mental, physical, technical and tactical preparation. This year the Tryout Prep group will be headed by our Head Coach, Amelie Mercier, who has been a key planner in the NSGSC Tryouts in the past and based on her experience, sessions will be tailored to the concepts that will be emphasized in tryouts. Our Tryout Prep will also serve as an opportunity to be identified for our Intermediate Elite Group-

| North Van Professional Day Camp: October 23, 2009 |
Join us for a fantastic Pro D Day Camp planned for October 23, 2009 in North Vancouver
* A chance to be identified for our Intermediate Elite Program
Morning will include technical skill development, followed by an indoor lunch break and an afternoon full of small sided games and fun competition. Coaches will include Canadian National Team players and our Head Coach and SFU Assistant, Amelie Mercier.
The camp will run from 9-3pm at William Griffin Turf and is open to girls born in 1997-2005. Girls will be divided into age and skill appropriate groups. The cost of the camp is $75 (including tax). Early bird registration (before October 12) is $65.

| SUMMER CAMP DATES ANNOUNCED! |
| We are happy to announce our dates for the upcoming Summer Camp for girls going into Kindergarten-Grade 5. We will be at William Griffin Turf Field on August 24-28, 2009 from 9:30-11:30am. We will be opening registration Monday, March 23, 2009. We sold out at 110 girls last summer so register early to avoid disappointment! |
